A person or corporate body referred to in Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Act who desires to broadcast any programme by establishing the earth station or satellite distribution system and cable television shall submit an application to the Ministry, enclosing the fee as referred to in Sub-rule (1) of Rule 7, in a format as referred to in Schedule-3, for a permission.
